How to obtain this service:
Request an authorization number and obtain a PO box at your nearest post office.
Create your envelopes or postcards following technical instructions of the Post. Sign a contract with Croatian Post Ltd. Mostar by which you may use a six-month permit for return of your mail items. Distribute IBRS mail items to targeted persons by one of the mentioned distribution methods. Take over mail items from your PO box according to your own tempo.

Payment of only returning the IBRS mail items is 1 piece 0 0,90 KM
Technical instructions:
In order to create IBRS mail items it is necessary to follow the technical instructions. IBRS mail items can be in a form of letters, postcards or newspaper / magazine cuttings.
Appearance:
Minimal sizes are: 90 x 140 mm
Maximum sizes are: 120 x 235 mm
Permit and PO Box number is issued by the Croatian Post Ltd. Mostar at your request.
