Complaints

Customers using "Express mail" services may send their complaints through Croatian Post Mostar's official web page.

Customers using "Express mail" services may file a written complaint in thirty (30) days from the day their "Express mail" item was handed over.

A complaint is filed on a "Complaint" form and is sent by email to korisnicka.sluzba@post.ba or by fax to 036 / 445 022.

"Complaint" form
